I am currently running that exact setup. 2008 x unlimited, 2.5 teraflex bb, with extra 3/4" spacers in the front. Stock 255/75/17 with no rubbing whatsoever. I installed the lift last weekend and so far everything is great. This is only temporary though, as my 315/75/16's should be coming in this week.

i've got an 07, so can't help you folks with the 08, but i did having rubbing on the rear links before i moved both to the inside of the swaybar till i get my 2" spacers.
I got my JK to almost full flex over the weekend:

after wheeling my jk over the weekend really hard for the first time since i put the lift on, i checked the brake line brackets because of reading this, and nothing. Besides all the mud on them, no marks. i checked the clearance and it seems my rear swaybar is missing them by mm...
Dr.Dirty- it looks like the problem is that your swaybar links are installed on the outside and not on the inside. With them mounted outside the swaybar will slide back and forth more and cause the rubbing issues that you have. Sorry about the delay in response.
Ran the 2.5 BB for a couple of days waiting for the Spidertrax spacers. The swaybar links were only 1/4" away from the inside edge of the wheel. They were mounted on the outside of the swaybar ends. I was fine in a straight line, but going over some bumps I could hear them rub. Turned out they were slightly nicking the wheel balance weights sometimes. I was lucky none of those came off. I did not drive it anymore until I got the spacers.
Mounting the swaybar links on the inside will also alleviate slight rubbing that I was experiencing.
