They will probably just send you an entire new top section with the spring kit installed. I might not have liked my NX but I definitely was impressed with their customer service.

Make sure you connect the little straps hanging down in the middle to your speaker bar. That should halt most the flapping!

I installed the new spring and cable. It was very easy, the tech at best top had me thinking it was going to be pain in my ass. 10 mins tops.

I've decided to sell mine and go back to the OEM Soft Top. It's in perfect condition and has never leaked. I'm in North West Atlanta if anyone is interested.

The twill bestop nx is already out. I have Hearn nothing about a twill trek top. Would really be a waste IMHO since the advantages of the twill really come into play when taking the top on and off. I never took the top portion of my trek top off, just the windows.
