Home Depot. They call them anchor shackles.

Just ordered this bumper today! comes in on tuesday. glad you posted pics, wasnt sure how it was gonna look without a winch

Finally installed my winch that has been laying around since Thanksgiving. Where did the time go? I love this stubby bumper and it looks much better with the winch in it.
