Thanks, yeah its 3/4 ply, I used 1" aluminium square stock as a frame. based the build off of this write up.

I got it online, I'm not at home right now I'll PM you with the website. it is in a roll they'll pretty much cut it to what ever size you want. i wouldnt say its soft but its pretty malleable.

What driveshaft did you go with and what prompted the upgrade?
Front shaft had a torn boot and cv was going. I had a local shop build me a custom. They are working on the rear one now. Don't tell the wife LOL. You're rig was sweet as well. We will wheel together again soon...

Finally...No More TUBE CRAP!!! it's all off now lol! Now for these to get put on I will have to remove the fenders...man more work but I will be Happy with the finished relusts! lol!

You have definetly transformed that JK.
I was getting use to seeing the big chrome tube bumpers. What do you have planned for the new bumpers and rails? Powder coat, or spray them with bed liner ?

They are going to get powder coated black, right now I am just putting everything on, drilling where it needs & then taking them off to get powder coated!
