What was done to your JK this week?
Just traded the 12 JKU Sahara for a 13 JKUR...assuming the dealer can trade. Been kicking myself for not holding out for the gears I wanted when I first bought the Sahara. I also get to keep all my upgrades and swap over to the new one. I got the Max-Tow package on my new one, so I go from 321's to 410's! Same color combo with all the same features, just get to upgrade the gears and extra Rubi features.
got rid of those darned , detestable stock 18"s and street tires..finally 35's ......and I have a real Jeep , so it feels......(obligatory poseur shot; srry)

Over the past month I have done a few simple things that have given me measurable gains in fuel efficiency on my stock JKU 4wd. I replaced spark plugs with Pulstar plugs, spark plug wires with DUI Livewires, and cleaned the throttle body. Before all of this I was consistently getting about 15.5 to 16 mpg with about 25% highway and 75% city driving. Since the I have gotten 17 to 17.5 with the same driving patterns. Keep in mind these are not computer estimates. They are actual by how much I filled and how many miles I drive. Give it a try!
