Well I do a lot of rock crawling and every now and then the spare will take a hit on the departure, if its on a regular carrier it will just mess that up. I'm just worried that it would damage the body if the same happened with the teraflex. I love the carrier I just don't want to put it on then realize afterwards I made a mistake.

So I cut the fenders, plasti dipped the grill, put night shades on the tail lights, and was bored so I dropped my windshield to see how it looked but I didn't like the fact that the windshield bracket was welded onto the bar

Lol, I knew what you were talking about. Not sure. Teraflex could answer that one. I think it would be cool if someone made a bumper that you could quick bolt a skid plate to that reaches to the outside of the spare allowing the rear to slide down a rock during departure and miss the spare. I am no engineer but I think it could work.

 

Hung the hard top for the season... About $50 in supplies.

Added an AEV snorkel, feel some extra power out of the 3.8
