JK Show & Tell Whether they're just poser shots in your driveway or hardcore action shots on the trail, if you've got photos or videos of your Jeep JK Wrangler (or any JK for that matter that you think is worth showing off, inside or out), we want to see them so please post them here! Likewise, if you are wanting to see a photo of something specific like an aftermarket JK part or poser shot with a specific setup, this is the place to ask for it.

What was done to your JK this week?

Decided it was time to move my front shocks out a bit. You can see the rub marks on the shock body where it contacts the frame when articulating. Click image for larger version

Broke a lovely shock bolt as well. I love our Canadian winters

That right there is one of the big reasons I bought an AEV over RR. I really didn't want to go to all that trouble for a plastic tube!

Looks like a lot of work just to put the snorkel on but have fun with it!
On a side note...I really hate how our Jeeps are painted as you can see in your pic all that bare metal is just begging to get rusted out, they could've at least sprayed in there before the panels, fenders etc were put on!

Fair enough... The plastic piece was not the issue (scuffed up a bit, but not like I care about that.) It was most likely involved in an accident. As all the brackets were bent to hell. And trust me, using nut and bolt where rivets should be used due to tight spaces can be a PITA. Not saying is was the toughest thing around... Im just saying that for a six bolt job, it was hell. And the condition that was advertised was "like new" lol. Should have read, "like newly smashed"

AEV hoods are super nice. Pricey but they are high quality. Plus you don't have to use crapy paper templates to cut the hood. It already has the cutout just remove the plastic.

Looks great!!!
