JK Show & Tell Whether they're just poser shots in your driveway or hardcore action shots on the trail, if you've got photos or videos of your Jeep JK Wrangler (or any JK for that matter that you think is worth showing off, inside or out), we want to see them so please post them here! Likewise, if you are wanting to see a photo of something specific like an aftermarket JK part or poser shot with a specific setup, this is the place to ask for it.

What was done to your JK this week?

it's a reinforcement kit made up of four brackets that fit in behind the sheet metal on the tailgate and spread the load of a larger tire out over a bigger surface area making the stock one much stronger. It's a simple, poor man's solution instead of buying a rear bumper/tire carrier.

Any pics? Is there a rating on how large a tire it'll sustain?

Help me out because I'm new to this. If you have the Rubicon with the Axel Lock, what's with the rewired locker switches?

Thanks, Bill

PS: Crappiest mods of the week...tonight I added JK stickers to both sides and Silverstar Ultras.

The Rubicon lockers are only available in 4low from the factory, also you must have the rear engaged to use the front. The switches I wired in allow me to use them in any range or individually as I see fit.

didn't take any pics of it while installing it but theres some on the Q-tec site http://www.quadratec.com/products/22202_1001.htm I believe that MBRP was running a 35" tire with no problems at all but just check with them to make sure.
