and the site works for you? its telling me the vin is not found even though it works on the jeep site.

Sorry. I can't test it yet as I don't have my VIN. I know there are at least one other URL floating around that folks have used as well (other than the Jeep one). I'll look around and see if I can track it down.

Sorry for the bad link. This is just what I received from a colleague some time ago.

UPDATE: I think I might know why. The link above has a dealer code in the URL and I wonder if that is throwing it off. Let me see what I can find out...

Not your fault. I think I read somewhere that the link is done. But keep me posted if you find a better one. I've been searching myself.

OK. Scratch that prior URL...

I just tested this with a number of VINs from my local Jeep dealers and they all worked. Just replace the bold section in red below with your VIN.

i have the dealer code and it still doesnt work.. i even tried it with a vin off their site.

nvm it works now, i found the other space you used to break up the url. i guess my car isn't in D1 yet
