Either the vehicle is not in D1 or your entering it in wrong....here is mine....

JS status this morning.

 

My Insight status hasn't changed since the 28th, still says D1. But my vots status now says it's in paint.

 

when i call 1800iamjeep, the tell me "gate line scheduled order ready to proceed on line". when i go on insight, it says "sorry we could not find any of the vehicles you requested", and when i go on jeeps VOTS it says "production scheduled". does this trinomial equation mean that i'm in D1?

Just in case someone else is searching the forum looking for the contact number.

 

So i called my dealer and he said it was in B4 status. What is that I asked? He says he doesn't know. Then what good are you? Anyone out there know what B4 means?

 

I don't think there is such status??

 

These are the only B* status codes I know of:

BA - order in system
BB - review by fleet department
BD - special equipment processing
BE - edit error
BG - passed edit n/a for schedule
BGL - edit ok parts unavailable
BX - passed edit available for schedule

Call the number listed before in this thread, they may not have the status code. Worth a shot. Most of the time the dealerships have people who won't spend half a minute to lookup your actual order. I'm still struggling with my dealership, to get them to understand I'm paying 30k+ on a vehicle, and I expect at least 5 minutes of their time. Sad.
