The Jeep is at the dealer! It was exactly 6 weeks from order to delivery, including about a week of build restrictions on the Unlimited Rubicons at the end of January.

Wooo whooo! First email from Jeep regarding my order. It's about to be built.
If anyone who hasn't ordered was wondering what that email message states, here it is...

We are currently in the process of building and delivering the parts required to assemble your vehicle in the plant. We will contact you next when production is scheduled for your new Jeep. At that point, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to identify and monitor your vehicle as it moves through the various stages of production:

Confirmation -> Production -> Frame -> Paint -> Trim -> Final inspection -> Shipment -> Delivery

We will contact you with a final email when your vehicle is in shipment. Please be patient as we work to provide you with a new Jeep built to your specifications. We sincerely appreciate your business.

Thank you,
The Jeep Brand Team

btw I ordered 9 days ago.

Just wondering if anyone that ordered on or around Feb 11th receive any info other than scheduled for production? I ordered my Flame Red JKU Rubicon on Feb 11th and it's still in scheduled for production. Jeep doesn't even show an estimated shipping date.

Unordered mine in that day and it is also scheduled for production. Flame red sport S with 6 speed. Talked to the lady at jeep and all she could tell me was it is scheduled. I'm getting anxious.

Don't be fooled by VOTS. Scheduled for production just means that your order is confirmed and they plan to build it sometime. That is D status.

When you get your 2nd email, you are "actually scheduled" to go to the line, which will be roughly 2 weeks later. That is D1 status, and it means you are no longer in never never land.

The most frustrating thing is thinking you are "scheduled" when you aren't. You aren't scheduled for real until you get a second email and are actually known to have a build and ship date.

Don't shoot the messenger. But if you got the first email and therefore are confirmed to get the emails, don't even bother refreshing your VOTS screen until at least a week after you get the second email.

On a bright note, the moment you get the second email, you will have a ship and delivery estimate obtainable from either Jeep or your dealer.

That is weird. I got the second email.....at least it said it was the second of three that I would receive, and the lady at jeep still doesn't know anything. Is maybe the second email really the first that you are talking about?

Should clearly be 3. But the first, when combined with VOTS gives the impression of "actually" scheduled for production, which it is not.

I received my second email on 2/16. On 2/7 a lady at Jeep told me I was supposed to go to the line 1/18 but was pulled. I'd like to think she was mistaken as my order is far more messed up than the rest of you if that turned out to be correct.

But if in fact you did get the 2nd email and still don't have shipping estimates, something is strange afoot the circle K.

Your second email should look like this:

Dear Customer,

Greetings! Your new Jeep® is scheduled for production. This is the second of three email updates to keep you informed as your vehicle moves through production. Since the last time we contacted you, the parts required to assemble your Jeep were received.

Displayed below is a link to access your vehicle tracking number. This unique code allows you to identify and monitor your Jeep as it moves through the various stages of production:
