I ordered my jk Dozer unlimited sahara on the 24 september. Still no word on build, the dealer here in Nova Scotia has been using that line of there is a shortage of engines and its going to take awhile to get build, I though it was bull, but it does explain why its been so long.

 

I ordered my Dozer JKU Rubi on Sept 6 and it was delivered Oct 28. You're not too far off that schedule.

 

I agree. I ordered mine 10/31. Its due this week.

 

I ordered my 2dr Sahara August 24th. Got it 8 weeks later. Was told they're are two weeks behind. My eta was Oct 14.

Worth the wait.

 

I also ordered mine on 10/31. I called customer service on Friday - Jeep was in paint and estimated ship date was moved from 11/29 to 11/28 (tomorrow!!). My dealer is only 20 minutes from the plant, so hopefully I will have it this week. I haven't been waiting that long, but I am still going crazy from the anticipation .

 

Ordered mine on Nov. 4th. Rode by the dealers lot today and it is sitting there. Yesterday it was not on the lot and they said probably five more days.

Since it is here, how long is dealer prep? Since it is already sold, any benifit to the dealer delivering it before the end of the month?

 

Ordered mine Nov. 5th, dealer says its still in BG status and Jeep has no clue when I call with the VON the salesmen gave me.

When I worked at a dealership, pdi could take anywhere from 12 hrs to 3 days depending on priority. Did you ask for any dealer add ons? Is their shop located off the lot? If not I don't think there is any reason you can't have the car within 24 hrs of delivery unless theirs other things that need to be taken care of like sub par financing or add ons. Also, did you order it or have them locate it? Seems like it arrived rarer quickly if you factory ordered it.

No add ons, paying cash and yes it was a factory order, took less then 4 weeks!!! Hopefully the prep will be as quick.

 

I ordered mine October 4th, and it looks like it might finally arrive this week.
