2012 Jeep order status
The 6th came and went, no Jeep.
CS says wait till the 9th.
The 9th came and went, no Jeep.
Dealer says soon, but doesn't know when.
CS today says it was unloaded from the train on the 4th.
My JK is stuck in truck transport limbo it seems.
My excitement is being surpassed by my frustration at the lack knowledge, communication, and delivery scheduling.
I'll have my JK any day now, but I'll definitely think twice before special ordering any another vehicle if this experience is anything to go by.

Mine was supposed to be here on the 3rd...nothing
Have no idea where it is or when it will be here
Now they are hoping on the 14th
They already messed up by tracking the wrong order for me for 7 weeks, this has been so frustrating
How can their tracking system be so bad? I can tell you where my Quadratec floormats are, but they can't tell me where my Jeep is...crazy
Ordered: Feb 22
Order confirmed: Mar 6th
Scheduled for build: Mar 15th
Built: Mar 28th
On the train: Mar 30th?
Off the train: April 4th
Delivered: April 11th
Total time for a dozer 2dr hardtop manual w/3.73: 7 weeks.
I walked in with an Edmunds.com price report, asked for F&F pricing even though I don't qualify, and let them know I had the Tread Lightly discount number.
They gave me $400 more than my trade-in was worth, knocked .5% off my credit unions best APR, got me more than $20 under my monthly budget payment, and all I had to additionally pay was tax, title, and registration. I also got FREE oil changes(oil and filter only) for the life of the Jeep, and some great customer service.

Ordering exactly what you want - $500 deposit
Waiting 7 weeks to get it - Sucks
Finally driving your new JK home - PRICELESS

It has been 3 weeks to the day since I ordered mine. I have not received any emails but I don have my von number and the vots system says production scheduled. When I call 877 iamjeep they can not find my order or status at all. They keep saying I need my vin to track it. Should I have my vin by now?
