Yes you should. Call your dealer and they can give it to you.

 

I talked to my dealer yesterday and he showed me that my Jk is still in Toledo. Jeep CS told me it would be delivered April 4, that was 8 days ago. This wait sucks

 

Your dealer should have already been in contact with you about a VON (vehicle order number) if not already a VIN. I'd call up your salesperson and ask them about it. They get the VON when the order is placed.

 

I have the von. Just no vin.

 

When you call they can look up your order via the VON you have... I actually got my VIN from 1877IAMJEEP, not from my dealer.

 

I called with von number, they can not find anything they said.

 

Seems like something isn't properly entered in the system then... I'd call back and just make sure that they're not showing anything. Every time I called they told me that they have several systems they can check and at some times some of the systems will come up empty due to maintenance, etc.

 

MortuaR, did you get yours? I've been so busy and there have been so many posts. It's been hard for me to keep up with everyone. If you did get it, was it worth the grueling wait?

 

Try this, insert your info accordingly. copy paste into browser. Remove space between ww w. It should come up as a lot of text. There should be a status code somewhere in the text. There is a sticky on what all the status codes mean. I was able to track my build with this, it was accurate for me.

I just called CS today and after being excited that it was supposed to be here and unloaded from the rail car today, I was told that it hasn't gotten here yet and now it isn't scheduled to get here until April 22nd. So it was loaded on the rail car on April 5th, and apparently it's going to take 2 1/2 weeks to get here now. I could get something sent here from Japan in less time than it's apparently going to take to get to Texas from Ohio.
