Has anyone been charged and additional fee for certain colors (I know some of the 2011 colors cost an extra $250ish) or does anyone know if that will happen at some point? Getting ready to order soon and I'm just trying to calculate the final price (1% below invoice) before I go to the dealer.

I apologize if this was already covered, but I've been following pretty closely, and haven't seen a certain answer...
What is the difference between max tow and trailer tow package? It appears you can get both (with unlimited sport and sahara), and if you get the trailer tow, it comes with the sway damping. Taken from page 1, it appears if you order the max tow, you get the 3.73 axles. BUT, if you look at the fleet guide that's been posted on here, it not only doesn't talk about max tow (that I saw), it says the 3.73's come with trailer tow package only.
What's the deal? What should I order with my unlimited sport? If I went with unlimited rubicon, can I not get the sway damping? Sorry for any ignorance.

I've searched and searched the web and couldn't find this. Anyone know approximately how many JKs are produced per day? The Corvette Assembly Plant produces 135-150 Vettes per day in a single 10 hour work shift. Just curious if the Toledo Assembly Plant produces about the same number of JKs or more since they may work 2 or 3 shifts. Thanks!

Go to the jeep.com website and build your own 2011 to see an example. The 2012 is essentially the same except there is an option to get color matched top and fenders.

i also am baffled by this......i have searched everywhere and find no answer.....i assume the max tow is the heavier of the 2...but than why no trailer sway ? and why does trailer tow have a bigger hitch and receiver than a pkg called Max tow?....i rolled the dice and ordered max tow but i have to say jeep does a terrible job of informing you of what you just ordered!!! they take orders on vehicles and option pkgs without telling anyone what they are

The Rubicon has BLD whereas the Sahara at least can run LSD. The electronics/intertial dampners etc can work with the LSD but not BLD is my guess. The hitch is not class V. That was a typo.

All JK have BLD and Sahara has LSD as option. LSD and BLD works together.

I ordered my 2dr Rubicon in Sahahra Tan w black top and black flares with no problems. The Dealer specifically asked me if I wanted the body color top or flares while we were going through the options.
