Default Biggest violators of the wave???

Quick poll who do you find guilty of not waving? I have noticed that JK Unlimiteds seem to have the highest number of violators!

Same here for the most part, but I've gotten plenty of TJ's not returning also.

That's funny, I get the most waves from JKers... I think they are pumped to see someone driving the same Jeep. I saw a bleached blonde soccer-mom type yuppie-ish kind of lady driving a JK Unlimited Sahara down a busy, 4-lane street here in L.A. and figured "ah, what the hell-- I might as well".... so I gave her a wave and she was pumped! She waved back so enthusiastically I thought she was gonna swerve into the other lane. That's often the case with the Unlimiteds around here. I think they're just excited to be waved to.

Honestly, I get snubbed more often by heavily modded older Jeeps that are still pissed about the 4-door. Not specifically CJs, YJs or TJs-- just some of the more hardcore, less secure, judgmental kind of dudes. I can read their minds as they look at me, see me wave and turn their heads.... :toung:

Also, here in L.A., there are a lot of TJ/JK drivers who use it to stick their surfboards out the back and I think a lot of them only wave to other folks with surfboards.... You see about a million JKs driving down the coast near Santa Monica and Malibu. Check out this guy I snapped a pic of one day....

New JK owners all the way. Most have never owned a Jeep and have no clue about the wave.

X2! Heavily modded older Jeeps (especially CJs) hardly ever wave back. I guess they don't accept JK (4-door) as "Jeep".

Also, most of the stock JK Unlimited (particularly Sahara) folks don't wave either. I think they just simply don't know about "wave". No offense to Sahara owners here... I'm sure you (the members of this forum) wave.

I see there is not an option for Cherokee. I guess we Xj drivers are in the clear.

Girls mostly.......maybe they think I'm waving for a different reason..... No but seriously they don't even look at the Jeep to attempt to wave (or wave back). I almost look for Jeeps on the road to wave at.

I wave at jeeps when I am driving my truck. I don't realize I am doing it until I have waved and they didn't wave back. Then I realize I am in the truck and they probably think I am an idiot.

I have noticed that very few women ever wave back, regardless of what jeep they are driving.

I would rather not getting waved back at then getting snubbed. I get a lot of TJ's in my area that TOTALLY snub me.
