Got my JK! Dealer tried to add on the $350 invoice increase when time came to sign papers and I said NO! They gave me crap and I almost walked out and told them to keep it. I havent been that pissed off in a long time. I will never go back to NW Jeeps again. Everyone was nice except for the one guy that tried to change the agreed upon price. $350 is $350. I almost took my $9k and $500 deposit back but they ended up giving it to me for the original price. Stealerships just trying to milk my wallet. I should have gone through Jeepwarehouse.com. My JK is awesome though. My first new vehicle ever. Buying it wasnt fun though.

 

I am not complaining, I just can't believe that anyone could get a wrangler (regardless of options) built in less than a month. I know I am in for the long wait, but I would like to see at least BX or something. I actually ordered from Jeepwarehouse.com just so I could pick it up there and drive it back, instead of waiting the three extra weeks for it to get to California.

I ordered the mygig originally because it is going to be a family car for about two years. I figure by then it should have about 60k miles on it, I couldn't justify building and beating a "new" car. After that, I am going to sell my TJ and buy my wife something else.

 

if i actually receive mine on its estimated delivery date, it'll be a few hours short of a month for me.

on another note....GRRRRRRRRR @ no train updates for 2 days >=|

and has anyone ever seen an order go to KZN/T/U status?

 

I don't want to hear that as you and I are in a race!
If mine arrives at the dealer on Mar 2 and I pick it up on the 3rd, it will be 36 days from order to delivery

OK, that one confuses me! I'm ve been checking each day and it keeps on a coming!

Railcar tracing results:Each entry also had an ETA, but it kept changing between 02-28 and 03-07! And it never showed "where" that ETA was.

Just talked with dealer and he says it's still on track to be at the dealer's on Fri, Mar 2 and I can pick it up on Mar 3rd (which I 'think' corelates to it being at the Spokane WA rail yard on 02-28).

 

Wow, having to wait a month for your Jeep? How do you guys do it? I feel for ya, and that extra two days for the train delay has got to be killing you. I hope you get it soon, I'm sure you are going to love it.
