Freakin KZL for a week now...I wonder what's taking so long to load my rubi on a rail car. :confused:

They have been building six days a week since before Christmas and the odd Sunday also.

 

When the dealer told me mine was in D status the info was about a week old and it was already at D1 and scheduled. When he said it was scheduled to be built I was actually driving it within 7 days so the info the dealer is getting APPEARS to be a few days behind.

We live about 3 hours from the plant in Toledo so it is a quick delivery for us. Shipped on a Thursday and at the dealers Monday.

 

I got the same line of crap. They send them your customer service file showing how many times you called, and how much you bitched. Then the dealer can't do $hit, because the real problem is they don't have an allocation, and don't want to tell you and have you cancel your order.

Oh, and apparently Iowa doesn't get too much attention from DCX. I feel your pain.

SMILEY JEEP - Order update

My dealer called to follow up as he promised to verify my order info. He confirmed that Rescue Green is still a valid order even though some posted info indicated all orders for RG had to be in by 15 March 07, apparently not true.

As expected currently restricted for the MYGIG system until May build. He offered to change my order “in hope” it would speed up the build. Told him not yet, willing to wait it out at this point for the MYGIG. Those that have the MYGIG, is it worth the wait or will the 6 disk be acceptable? Just in case I get tired of waiting.

Wish I still had that High School hair in my Avatar, would look good blowing in the wind with the top down on my JK. Actually if I start letting it grow now it may be that long by the time my JK arrives.

 

I can vouch for that....I think the Iowa district reps are perhaps one step up the ladder on "pull" factor from the cleaning crew at corporate HQ.

 

BACK to BG.. I guess I started doing the BG BX dance.... One step forward one step back... I am still hoping for an early june delivery.... Does not look to good. Are all of the allocations for the month set the first week?

 

Well.. I moved to D today. Is this the code where most people spend their wait?

Congrats JB. I ordered the same, basically, as you and I was at D for about 10 days before moving to D1 where it looks like I'll be for about 2 weeks. I'm thinking there is very little reasoning for most of this stuff. I'll get another update today so I'll post when I do. It took me almost the exact same time as you to go from BX to D.
