Just made my periodic call to 1-800-992-1997 to see if my status had changed from "I" (i.e. "built but not okayed" - See Page 1, Post #1 for a complete description of all codes) to "KZ" (i.e. "invoiced and shipped").
The code hadn't changed, but the nice lady on the other end stated something I hadn't known before. She said, "They update the product codes at least every Monday night, sometimes more often - but make sure you call at least every Tuesday - that's when you're most likely to learn of a status change."
Good info, for any here who have been calling hourly.

I just saw another JK Unlimited X white at work today. We do have a bunch of jeeps at work but most of them TJs. Some are modded nicely too. I guess they JKs are starting to roll in. That makes one Red Rubi Unlimited and one whte X Unlimited.
Edit: Called and I'm still at KZ with no updates since the last one. So I'll try on Tuesday.

That's what I heard too Inajeep. Last time I called the gal told me to call on Tuesdays because the updates were made every Monday. It's nice to see that there is some consistency with what they are telling us poor folks in the waiting line.

I'd rather wait then have them over produce and fill the lots, then have to discount them and have peop'e that don't really want a 'JEEP' buying them because they were 'on sale'.

My sales rep rocks, I haven't had to call for any updates!! I found this forum and emailed her to get my VIN or VON. She replied right way with my # and also gave me my very first status code (D) Since then every Monday evening even as late as 10:30 I have received and email with my status update! Finally just this morning I received and email telling me that my Jeep is built and is waiting on Final inspection.
Now I know the majority of you are in the USA, but if anyone from Ontario Canada is looking to buy a Jeep. I would highly recommend going to see Fiona at Rose City Jeep in Welland Ont. They gave me a great price on my Jeep about a $1000.00 less then any of the other dealers in the area. She has been upfront about everything and has responded to my emails very quickly at all hours of the day. I am very happy with the way they have handled everything to date. I will be buying from her again next year when I get my wife a new set of wheels. To date my order has been in the works for only 19 days. She said she is confident that they should see it at the dealership in the next week or so. I am awaiting her email to say it has been shipped. I couldn't be more impressed with my dealer it is like they are just as excited as I am!! Hopefully I will be doing this soon --->

This sucks!!!! My Jeep was supposed to be delivered to my dealer on the 31st and as of today it still hasnt arrived. Apparantly it's in Windsor Canada...only a few hours away and has been there since the 28th!
Come on people help me out? I am about to go crazy......
