I am only an hour and a half north of the factory, so hopefully when I get to that point it won't be too long.

I have been in BG for 6 weeks on a Sahara, this is the long part.

 

still stuck in BX on both Rubi's. The wait is totally going to be worth it....

 

Mine is in at the dealer! I've been out of town and my phone messages were too full for him to leave a message. I saw an e-mail from him while checking my e-mail at the Orlando Airport Sat. He said my Jeep arrived Friday. I called as soon as I got home and made an appointment to see my new baby on Monday. It's almost 3 months to the day. My wait is over.

So.. today's allocation day, right? When are allocation statuses updated in the customer service reps' system?

(I've waited decades for this, but still I can tell that the next few months' of waiting is gonna drive me crazy.. )

 

I have been told by the reps that I have spoken to that Tuesday morning is the best time to call for updates.

 

it took approximately 13 minutes from the time the automated system answered to actually talking to a rep and looking up to find the status of my order. I wonder what are other people's wait times.

well, it seems like i'm on KZN - first rail arrival status... whatever that means. LOL

 

I think it's a great tracking system - the longest wait I've had - including responding to the menu commands - was about 5 minutes.

By the way, they update more often than JUST Monday nights. I'd called last Thursday ("I" status), and again this Monday morning - KZM!!!

I just realized I got to clean out my jeep before I take it in. Funny thing is that my battery died in my jeep this weekend so I was in the auto parts store buying a new battery. *cough* may need to leave work early today. *cough*

 

Like I just told Perzuki, congrats on the newborn! I hope you get over your "illness" without too much of a problem.
