so you spent about 2 weeks in D? i reached D status on monday.

 

Put a call in to the dealer yesterday, not returned. Called CCC today.

Not scheduled for delivery to the dealer. Has anyone heard of this happening? I put down the 500 for the order. Hell, I've already dropped a downpayment and set up financing (so as not to miss out on 0%). Now CCC says the jeep has been built and is sitting at the factory becuse the dealer has not authorized shipment?!

 

smells of fish to me dude. confrontation in person is the answer. did you get an order sheet or some form with your signature and that of the salesman? point blank questioning....."why haven't you authorized shipment" ? you can have CCC call the dealer, but i'd talk to the dealer first. don't let him know that you are coming to see him. good fishing.

yea i spent from 9th to the 22nd... in D then waas schedualed to go to framing the 22 .... i must of late in the day maybe ... as of 4:30 pm it hadent.... but then i call today teh 23rd at 11 am ish and it was already in paint and past framing... so just a few more days i hope!!!

 

Amen. I'm at work today, so and email and phone call did the trick. Now I'm getting a different story. JS since 1/9/8. The dealer states they have called for the shipment and that the carrier has cancelled shipment to the dealer on 1/10 and again on 1/19 for reasons unknown. Now that I've called, I'm sure there will be a miracle and the ruby will ship out tomorrow. If not, I'm headed to the dealership and setting up a 3-way call with the dealer, CCC and myself.
