After almost 4 1/2 months it is here I hope the wife lets me drive it. If not I will be driving the old 76 CJ7. 
I don't know what they are going for arround the country but I paid $32650.00
I will Pick it up on Thursday.

The Agony!
I am new to the board. Just put my order in for a 08 4-door unlimited RUBICON in rescue green around 10 days ago. Went hook, line, and sinker for the dealer's 4-5 week time frame. I am hoping for a fast order since I bought from a high volume dealer, and that I am close to Toledo (AKRON, OH). But, by the hundreds of pages of frustration listed here I can tell I'm dreaming. I don't even have a VON or VIN yet. The Agony!
Lookin forward to venting my frustration with ya. And eventual joy!

Oh, and an order of 3/2? I'd expect a June delivery even with the closeness. Pray no more suppliers decide to belly up (in the bad way).

I was given the same 4-5 week time frame and it looks like it'll be a little early. I ordered on Feb. 28 and it hit the rail car on Monday with an estimated delivery time of March 21st. 3 weeks is not too bad compared to what everyone else has.

Just called my dealer my Jeep should be in today and I am picking it up tomorrow.

Man, I ordered a unlimited rubi, manual, dual top, mygig, power group, and tow pkg for $31,300. You're getting ripped off at $35K! And no, I'm not getting any special chrysler discounts.

And now I've received word that I am now in "I" status. "Built, but not ok'd". I assume that this means it just hasn't been through a quality control check point?

Don't kill me, but I just got my VIN/VON # from my dealer today and called Jeep. I placed my order on 3/4/08 and it hit D1 status on 3/5/08. Estimated ship date of 3/25/08. Maybe there is hope for you all. Maybe all the union officials have been kicked out and the lines are movin. Good luck.
Can't wait to get that beautiful sparkling green Rubicon and get it dirty as hell!
