If it is Roush Performance I would say they are looking to make some JK parts (I thought Roush was Ford only). 5 to 20 days is enough time to make a prototype exhaust and intake or test a supercharger. It is also enough time to get it across the border and part it into a thousand pieces.
It may be more of a thing of a third party testing and Roush can handle it.
