This trick also works with a hard top. Probably not as well, but I had about 3 inches of snow on my roof, to get it off while i was driving i would just punch the inside of the roof. The snow would go flying off. Just gotta watch out though, I could be wrong, but I think in some states it's illegal not to clean off your car.

Haha thats pretty good... up here in Northern VA well DC legislators are working on getting a bill passed where you can get a citation driving without cleaning the snow off of your vehicle because flying snow and ice could be a hazard...

Let's tell the truth now..... Were you going exactly the speed limit in the left lane. I can't stand that.

I follow people home that stomp on their brakes. Don't do that to me.

The horrible group or the political idiot...

Either way, leave them alone, they have issues.

I had this happen several years ago in my CJ. I was on a two lane road and there were about 3 inches of snow on the road. I was making the second set of tracks in the snow. I was in third cruising at about 35 so if I started to slide I could let off the gas and would slow down real quick.

Anyway the speed limit was 35 and here comes someone in a cavalier tailgating me. The roads was bad and I was going the speed limit. He was only a car length behind me too. After a mile or so I waited for a straight and safe stretch and popped it into 4th and floored it. It sprayed snow all over his car. He just slammed on the brakes and sat there as I drove out of site. I didn't see him again. Was that wrong?

Why is it that the person doing the tailgating is not the person in the wrong. If the person was atleast a few cars lengths back like any normal person would especially in adverse weather conditions, the snow I kicked up would not have even touched him. Since he was practically kissing my bumper it sprayed him pretty good. That was the point of my spraying was just to tell him to back off. Had he been a few car lengths back I would have not done a thing.

This was a windy two lane back road. If I would have been in my car and not my jeep I would have been going 25. The road conditions where not good.

If you let stupid get away with stupid, they will always be stupid.......

My preferred way is....install my 2ft trailer hitch extension, with ball attached, ease up on the hand brake as to not trigger the brake lights, allow them to slightly rear end me, their instinct is to brake quickly, then I ease off the hand brake and since my trailer ball has impailed their radiator and a/c condenser, I cleanly remove the both from their vehicle.

Just kidding. But, don't know, maybe just the thought makes me feel better.

This really works... I made it a magnet and I see a real difference when I do not have it on the back of my vehicles:
