It's against the law here in MD to not clean off your vehicle. It should be too. You can't control when that snow or ice is gonna fly off and hit someone that is completely innocent. It is unsafe and inconsiderate to drive without cleaning it off.

that is pretty funny. I can't stand tailgaters either and I usually just slow down below the speed limit until they pass if I can't move over. I believe if you are going the speed limit then there is no reason for the other person to get mad if you are not going the same speed that they want to go.
