For YOU I would look @ the T.I.P.M (Totally Integrated Power Modual) The Jeep if the switch circuit is left open (on position) the lights will cycle off in 5 minutes (CTM or Central Timing Module). Power is being applied post CTM so I would start looking at the TIPM.
