can you imagine how many leaks a oem 7 piece hard top would have...

I have to agree atleast a 4 peice hard top would be awesome.. like a giant sunroof, but it wold be so many leaks

If I was a hardtop making company..... hint.... hint.... Bestop? this is how I would make the "EZ-Store" hardtop. They could even make the front panels one piece if it would be easier/cheaper..... Maybe some type of tube frame system underneath it to keep it stable/strong and give it something to bolt to....

with all the seems and joints i would think that something like that would be pretty weak. you guys, how do you think the people with LJ's do it? lol thats a big hardtop. but just throwing out my opinion.. i am looking for a 2 door hardtop though

I think that would be a pretty cool idea and then no more hard top hoists or friends to come over and help.

beat me too it!!!! Haha they cant even figure out how to seal 3 pieces, I'd imagine 7 would be epic fail

Look at the wildboar hardtops.

I thought I saw one with the regular back and 4 removable panels but it may have been the wildboar which has a panel on each side that is removable but goes further to the rear, and has a slant back. Also you can't use them like a hard bikini top.
