This pass weekend I hit up the mountains and punctured 3 Goodyear Duratrac 315/70R17's, damaged two MT side biters all due to 4 wheel Parts not paying attention to the instructions when installing my sway bar disconnects. They placed the top bolt outward towards the tire. I gave 4 wheel parts the instructions and showed what they did ended up tearing up three tires with less than 3K on them and all they wanted to do was turn the bolt around so it wouldn't happen again. They didn't try to reimburse me for any of the damages.

That sucks but this is the reason for doing these easy installs yourself

Well, if their work isn't guaranteed, as in a "warranty" on your install, they aren't obligated to do anything but what they did. Unfortunately, unless they have something like that (not familiar with 4WP's install guarantee's) looks like you'll be buying some new shoes.

They failed to grasp the concept that the bolt was what punctured the holes in the tires, instead they tried to blame it on rocks on the trail. I contacted the regional manager and he/she should be getting back with me. I will post more info when I hear back from them.

Good luck. I've had some minor problems with their work, but they corrected it very fast.

Ah, giving you the 'ol run-around. I read your other thread about how it all happened, and how they're known for not having the best installers. Good luck!

Yeah. They installed my buddies track bar upside down and when he was blowing out steering stabilizers due to the death wobble all the time and brought it back in 3 times they couldn't figure it out. The only way he found out that the track bar was upside down was when he took it to rebel off road they found it.

Well that says alot about 4wp. I can't stand it when a company will not live up to their responsibility.
