how do you clean your engine?

I dont have any added electronics just stock right now, im still worried about the fuse box and the battery terminals though. I might pass by my local auto supplies shop and pick up some engine cleaner and follow the directions on the bottle..

I use Gunk engine cleaner. Spray it when the engine is a little warm let is sit a while and hose the piss out of it.

If you use Simple Green do it in the street not your driveway. It works great on the engine but it eats the coating on a asphalt driveway.

Spray Simple Green all over the engine compartment, start engine, let it warm a little, turn off, hose off the yuk with low pressure. Repeat until clean.
