I didn't realize how well-to-do Jeep owners are...

I'm now looking around my townhouse and checking out the useless shit I've got and scratching my head! It always seems like a good buy at the time, like my wife's $2500 treadmill that now assumes the roll as a giant clothes hanger for wet clothes!

Like others have said I am close to that bracket but with a single income, two kids that grow out of clothes in a month, a new house (and the mods that go with it) and all the sports my kids are into and the other hobbies I enjoy (which are not cheap) the money gets a little thin for mods. I would love to have deep pockets or be able to max out the credit card (big no no) to get my jeep to where I want it but in reality it all comes in time.
The amount you make for that survey should have included all the other expenses you have and lets not forget the more you make the more you pay in taxes.

Over the summer I had a chance to meet a few people from one of the companies that makes armor and bumpers for Jeeps. They were touring back east to meet distributors. She mentioned that JK owners tend to spend a lot more $$$ than earlier Wrangler versions (in general). And much faster, she added. Right out of the box she said JK owners load up their rigs with mods. Guess there's money to burn in the JK world.
