Man, that totally sucks. I can't believe that just a run of the mill thief did this. It took some time to get those arms off , unless they had an impact with them and at least one jack stand. I'm callin x2 on a inside job or someone sobody knows at the dealer. You said they left a couple arms, I'd talk to Trailmaster and tell them to let you know if anyone from your area orders the arms they didn't get. Couldn't hurt. Glad they gonna cover it for you.

 

i'll def. notice, i am the ONLY moddied jk in my area. all the others have baby seats if i see another one sitting high i'll know to look out for the parts

 

No video surveillance?

Seriously a car dealership with that much money in stock should have some video surveillance.

At the least go check if they have cameras. If they do and haven't brought that up, my money would definitely be on an inside job.

Yup. My old dealership group (back in Atlanta) had 14 stores, most of them high line, and most of them didn't have video surveillance.

 

I guess it all depends on the area, all the dealerships around here have cameras......they will tell you they dont and would like you to believe it, but if you look close enough they have them.

 

that is wild that the axle rotated around like that! sorry for the troubles. Sue to **** outta the dealer if they do not cover it. Here in GA we have a bailment statute. We are presently in suit against an RV dealer that flooded over the course of 3 days and they failed to contact the owners of the RV in the lot. Total loss on numerous vehicles.
