M in Maui right now for my honeymoon and have noticed a ton of Jeeps on the road. It's neat to see all the different jeeps rolling down the streets. I'm renting a Jeep in the next few days to trek the road to Hana. I'll post photos!

 

You're gonna love it! We go to Maui every year and the road to Hana and beyond in a wrangler is a must. Just be ready to stop and put your top back up two or three times lol you'll see!

 

I will be there on my honeymoon in two weeks! Take pics and I might consider renting one as well... Enjoy the special time bro

We went there for our honeymoon, 23 years ago, and rented a jeep ! It was awesome and we have rented jeeps and only jeeps every time since. That's how I finally got to drive the 4 door JK (2010 I think), and I couldn't see what all the fuss about the engine was. Sure it didn't have large tires on it but it got up and scooted. ymmv

 

Definitely take the road to Hana & take the back road back if you rent a jeep. IMO the back road was way more scenic than the front road to Hana.
