If they are they are not returning calls or emails.

Please somebody from jeeperman give me a call so that we can get a customer taken care of.

ive tried contacting them multiple times to inquire the same question without response. too bad because they make a cool bumber. would you be able to give a rough turn around time on a hard parts bumper / carrier

Rockhard 4x4 rear tire carrier approx 2 weeks.

ive tried contacting them multiple times to inquire the same question without response
We have one customer that needs to get taken care of and that will be it we will not have any further reason to get ahold of them.

Well, after pulling their user name up, they were active today. So they are still checking the forums. This was the last thread I saw they posted in.

Yeah, if a vendor is asking for help contacting the company on a public forum that is not a good sign. I'm sure this was David's last resort.

The numbers I have are all disconnected. I actually liked their rear bumper, but I guess now I'm going to have to look for a different one. Maybe Rockhard or M.O.R.E.

Weird, you would think a company with more orders than they can produce would be thriving and growing, oh well. They did make a pretty good looking bumper.

their problem was that they kept blaming delays on everyone else but themselves. when they were confronted about their lack of customer service and delays, they just got defensive and did nothing but make excuses for why it wasn't their fault.

oh, btw, we aren't really allowed to bad-mouth a sponsoring manufacturer, or their products on here without incurring the wrath of the gods, are we?

Sounds like a bunch crooks. dealt with similar companies in the hot rod parts industry. If they are out of business....good riddance! No excuse for a business to cheat, lie or purposely neglect their customers. In fact, I recommend anybody that is having a financial or quality issues with this company to take it to the next level and forward your case to the proper authorities.
