Alright, so i've been looking around... To get the sahara will be quite a stretch for me to pay for... and I'm trying to figure out if I want the X.

I know the X has different shocks, but can you still fit the 32's on there?

Also, what's the difference between the YES fabric, and the X's fabric seats?

While I'm asking yet more questions, what are you guys seeing for gas mileage? Also, how loud is the jeep with the top off and doors off? Can you hear the person next to you???

Finally, how are the soft tops in the winter (with snow...)

Get the X. Unless you need painted fenders the X is fine. About everything else can be added to an X on the build-up.

Yes, you can fit 32's. Pay $130 for a 2"spacer lift and fit 33's. If you're looking to go bigger, get the stock 16" steelies and buy the lift, wheels and tires later.

The YES fabric is supposed to be stain resistant. Neoprene seat covers=$150

MPG from 16-18 MPG (usually 16-17)

Never had my doors off, but I ride with the top off as often as possible. Yes, no problem hearing the person next to you. As for the top in the winter, I never had an issue with my TJ the whole time I had it. I had a Bestop Sunrider on it and frankly, the newer tops are built a lot better than the Sunrider I had. The frame is beefier and the fabric seems heavier. I have the hard top and will use it in the winter, but wouldn't hesitate to use only the soft top if it was all I had.

I'll put it like this: One day, I'll have a second JK in my driveway.
