I lock it. If someone cuts the windows then open the door, the alarm will go off. I'd rather replace the soft top window and have the bad guy run away.

X2, I lock it even with the top down for the same reason, if someone climbs in and unlocks the doors the alarm sounds. At the very least it draws some unwanted attention.

Lock it. Sit in it with a loaded (permit issued) gun and surprise the bastard when he breaks in.

i kinda do that i park under the street light out side my house with one of my guns by my bed and if someone down the street drops a pin im awake, im not a vigilante i just hate theves

Is there anyway to disable the remote locks on the 4 doors yet maintain the lock function for the rear gate? This way you can lock the back yet the doors remain open to prevent soft top damage from intruders attempting to get in?

Yes just use the key to lock the tailgate and it'll be secure while the rest of the doors stay open. I do this when I run doorless.
