Default LoD

I have called a few times to ask questions about weight etc. and always gotten an answer. Chris has been very helpful and never seemed in a rush to answer all of my questions. I did, however, order them from Dave at Northridge....only ordered last friday...don't have 'em yet.

One thing though: every time I have called LOD, someone has answered and has provided me with great customer service.[/QUOTE]

I don't know how that is, 9/10 times I call I get an answering machine. I've found that it's pretty pointless to leave a message.

Don't total agree with the "has them in stock" part. With the state of the economy, companies don't stock high ticket items too much. Depending on the agreement with their vendor, they might have to purchase these higher priced items just to warehouse them. Also your statement "I do not see a bumper as a special order item" I think you would be surprised at how many things are made to order now a days.

Same here, I have their rock sliders. Besides some minor surface rust on a few wields, their made very well and look great. I did order them from Nortridge, and might have been a week or two late on the shipping, no big deal. But twice I did call them (LoD) with questions, and both times Chris picked up the phone and was there to answer my questions.

First, let me say, I love my LoD front and rear bumpers. I hate that it took me longer to get the badge, that they forgot to put on my front bumper, than it took to get the bumper, apparently they had to get more badges made. And the bumper already has some surface rust spots. This is on a garage kept So Cal Jeep and I had only had the bumper on for a month before it started to show.

Maybe they should do a better job powder coating.

That being said, Chris has always answered my calls and emails promptly.
