As of recently there seems to be more and more threads dedicated to the lack of customer service at LoD. I for one have nothing positive to add either.....

I have had the rear bumper for over a year now, I love it. I have had the front Mid Width bumper for about 3 months now, I love it. Sliders will be next. I knew it was a wait getting into it, and it was well worth the wait.

Everyone on here needs to slow down. The point of starting this thread was to inform all of the delay they are having in getting there products out the door. I was very frustrated with the way they do not return calls. For a company that relies on internet advertising, and word of mouth advertising, I really think they need to get on top of e-mailing customers.

I am not at all an unsatisfied customer. When people hear four weeks, they expect four weeks. If your company is going to expect production delays then tell your customer 7 weeks, I would have ordered anyway.

All of that said- They make incredible products. My front is on, my rear is sitting my garage waiting for the hardware to come in so I can put it on.

I'll post some pics after the install and bet some of the haters order anyway!

I actually have a non factory front bumper and have yet to decide on a rear bumper with tire carrier. Which I will need with my tire size upgrade. So how am I any different than any other perspective customer that uses this forum to make educated, well thought out, researched decisions on new purchases? Isn't that the point of being a sponsoring manufacturer on the forum? I have spent my hard earned money with several forum sponsoring companies and plan to do so in the future. I personally think Dr Phil is a moron so I'll pass on playing an internet Dr. Phil as you put it. I have been following all the threads regarding LOD's current issues with product quality and shipping issues as I AM in the market for a rear bumper. I have also read all your posts in the afformentioned threads and how quickly you have judged, brushed off and basically made fun of anyone with a concern, question or potential issues with LOD. I don't think you are doing them any favors at this point as a Senior moderator with your comments. Let them be big boys and girls and deal with this on their own. If things straighten out with quality and they show true effort in their customer service moving forward, YES I may just spend my hard earned money with them thank you very much. It seems that you are the one stirring up more shit. Just saying.

I am always here to help out anyone who needs it and no matter what any one wants to say, we will always be here to help. I say please call back because we only have one phone line here and we are not in the office during the day as much as we should be because all of us here are working on orders in the shop and trying to get them out the door as fast as possible. We have recently changed our process at our powder coater to make the coating the best possible and it slowed us down too. We are also bringing in new machinery to help us speed the process but unfortunately the effects don't take place overnight. So I really don't know what else to say but we always take care of our customers, whatever they need.

For all those that had lost faith, Chris rocks.

Good to see you chiming in. I was about to drive by and check on you.
I'll be heading across the big pond soon, so give me a call/PM if you're ready to experiment with that new product idea we talked about last year.

FWIW i had a chat with chris yesterday about my sliders. he is a very cool guy. my sliders were supposed to ship out this week, but he said some stuff happened this week and its slowed them down. i am in no rush to get my sliders. i think it was very cool of him to hit me up on here and tell me to call and explain the situation. i am in no way disappointed. i think there a great company and based on the service i would def do business again. so i guess this post is more of a complement than a bash. like i said FWIW. btw i cant wait to get them!!!
