Where is my Bumper that i sent back to you SIX weeks ago for rust warranty? I have been emailing you for the tracking numbers? You told me the week of the 7/13 you were trying to ship it that week..
Then on July 22 you told me you were shipping it out either Mon or Tues.. I have emailed you and asked for info/ tracking numbers, etc.. I need answers, This is becoming a total sh*t show. I already made one major wheeling trip with no spare, and now I'm going away again this weekend with no spare...
I shouldn't have to call you every day or even email you.. I just want my bumper, the one I waited 8 weeks for the first time... and 6 weeks to warranty. I think I've been pretty reasonable...

 

Maybe you can buy one from Northridge, who typically has them in stock, and tell LoD to keep it and refund you.

 

phone them rather than email....you may get your answer quicker!

 

That's sucks man. I am kinda in the same situation... I been waiting over 4 weeks for my emblems for the sliders after the sliders took 8 weeks to arrive. And every time I call Chris he says they were shipped.. actually called him AGAIN yesterday to hear the same line..... they were shipped. I personally shipped them. I would be super pissed in ur shoes waiting for ur bumper.. Idk what there deal is, but I will be looking elsewhere for bumpers at that time.

Maybe nlgrav182 has a point, I ordered my LOD Front Midwith Signature Series Bumper from Dave at Northridge on 7/19 and it was just delivered by Fedex, and I got it at sale price with free shipping. Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

That sucks when someone has a great product but lowsy customer service

 

just got home and still no emblems.. next call to him will not be pleasant for him... I wonder if there coming from China via a monkey with a back pack.

This thread serves as notice to my when I buy future LOD products, which I intend to, such as rear bumper and rock rails, to go through a 3rd party such as Northridge 4x4. Thanks to the OP.

 

Mine were purchased through Northridge. It has nothing to do with him on stuff that he doesn't stock. Over 4 weeks for logo's. .......
Come on... mind u I have been told by Chris atleast 4 times that they were shipped... enough is enough.

Guys, you should all probably know that my bumper is back at LoD for warranty. It rusted pretty bad. I bought it a year ago and already suffered eight weeks to get it when i bought the thing.Now, its been back at LoD for 6 weeks to be warrantied....
I realize i for got to mention the warranty issue in the original post...sorry. This bumper has been nothing but an expensive inconvenience from the day i hit the place order button.
When I sent it back for warranty, removing the thing was an absolute joke. I was too busy to do it myself so I had a friends shop do it.. In order for LoD to pick up the shipping, it had to be broken down into two pieces... Bumper and carrier. It took 4 people, a torch, a ruined hi lift jack that i had to pay for and they CHAINED the jeep to the floor to get it apart it was so rusted at the hinge pin... That whole joke cost me 300 plus i missed a half day at work boxing the thing.... The carrier was pretty much destroyed during removal, so i am curious to see what was done to remedy that.
Also, when the carrier came off and we layed it down, it was full of water from the pre drilled holes, i really think they need to design a drain or two into the bottom of the carrier.
now, my front mid width is starting to bubble and peel.... I am pretty disgusted.
AND I WANT MY BUMPER BACK!!
