I say that as constructive criticism and only say it to clarify why i was frustrated and feel i had poor service. I'm not calling Northridge out as a poor company.
Now lets see who has something "funny" to say
I had decided I wasn't even going to click this again, but I keep getting pulled back in. Maybe you think it is funny, I don't. I think it is messed up you ran to the forum flapping your trap in a thread YOU named "poor service all around" where I think David has shown nothing but the great customer service and respect that I have seen him give every other member of this forum (including myself) since I started coming here. I understand your disappointment, but honestly that is the wrong way to handle things IMO. I really don't see what you did as a review of a company like a "movie critic" reviews a movie. You did not like the options you were given, and the answers you received you you ran off to the forum to post a tattle-tale thread. IMO you are just another troll. Just like I said before. I have wasted too much time on this thread, and am now dumber for having read your posts. I think everyone here knows what David is about, and it is plain to see that he is sympathetic to your situation, and is willing to entertain solutions you may have. Since you request no obtainable resolution I know that you are only here to stir the shit. I think you owe David an apology for your slander.

okay, enough is enough. Tebo, clearly you have an axe to grind and so you chose to use this forum to let everyone know exactly how you feel. of course, being that this is a forum, it should be of no surprise that others have come on here to give their 2¢ as well. i realize that what you've been hearing may not have been what you were hoping for but i hope you can realize that these people are entitled to their opinion just as much you are. having said that, you've made your point over and over again and they've made their point over and over again. more importantly though, i think it needs to be pointed out that northridge4x4, one of the companies that you were complaining about has come on to this thread and made it very clear as to what they are willing to do for you. in my book, that should have been more than enough to end the discussion and so, this thread is now closed.
