Poor service all around
And to be honest i would still buy products through Northridge. Everything got out of hand pretty quick. I understand that Northridge can't help how shrockworks operates. If a supplier causes nothing but headaches you have to question wether or not you want to do business with them.
My only issue with Northridge was that they got my hopes up by telling me i would get it in 30 days. Had i been told it would be May, then my frustration would be geared towards shrockworks. Also in my oppinion, wether shrockworks asked or not, having the customer do the leg work is frustrating for them. I want to talk to the man with my money, if the man with my money doesn't have my answers then the man with my money gets them. I accept that shrockworks requested the customer calls, but as a store owner i would do the leg work myself.
I say that as constructive criticism and only say it to clarify why i was frustrated and feel i had poor service. I'm not calling Northridge out as a poor company.

okay, enough is enough. Tebo, clearly you have an axe to grind and so you chose to use this forum to let everyone know exactly how you feel. of course, being that this is a forum, it should be of no surprise that others have come on here to give their 2¢ as well. i realize that what you've been hearing may not have been what you were hoping for but i hope you can realize that these people are entitled to their opinion just as much you are. having said that, you've made your point over and over again and they've made their point over and over again. more importantly though, i think it needs to be pointed out that northridge4x4, one of the companies that you were complaining about has come on to this thread and made it very clear as to what they are willing to do for you. in my book, that should have been more than enough to end the discussion and so, this thread is now closed.
