That seems a little unfounded and if you're going to make claims about anyone in that manner, including Northridge or Quadratec - I recommend you back it up with some facts as the OP did. Otherwise you just look like an ass.

Humans make crappy

I have have mixed issue with Quadratec. My last order with the ARB diff cover and RR HDX Bumper. I had only one issue where I got charged twice but Chris in the credit helped put and turned my faith in them.

I have not ordered from Northridge only because they are in Washington state (I think) and I usually get my orderes the next day from quadratec or items that are in stock and if I order them early in the day.

I have nothing against Northridge the only thing I can say is I am not a fan of the site lay out. Where products they have are not always on the site.

In the end ALL of us are humans and eveyone here has droped the ball on something that impacted others. No one is perfect as I always say, "Perfection is perseption, what is perfect to one, is in-perfect to another."

I GUESS they're reading cause I FINALLY got an E-Mail from Quadratec telling me that:

"The front door kits are coming from a different warehouse and will be to you within the 15 day limit that you mentioned."

This came in after I ranted here, or (more likely) it's a coincidence...
I don't even trust that mail as I got the same crap on my previous order (which I cancelled after the stuff was 2 months late!)

If they're not in by that time I'll put one of our lawyers on Quadratec and try to get the credit card payment cancelled and keep the shipped goods as reimbursement!

I'm waiting !

Update: As a reply to my E-Mail they sent me an UPS tracking number for the shipment. UPS has 4 parcels for me, but what's inside?

If the Backordered doors are in there will I get an extra set for free?

I'll get a beer and some more popcorn... this one starts to get interesting!

Well i got my daystar dash today. I also ordered KC light covers, which apparently ONE costs $14.99 as opposed to a set of TWO for $14.99. Had I known the one cost that, I would of never ordered them. I thought I was getting two.

Let me add my 2 cents......ordered light guards two weeks ago and was told they were in stock. Checked the next day on-line and they were backordered. Called and they said they made mistake should ship on the 15 Jun. Still backordered. Called and they say next week they should have them. Three phone calls three different answers. Bottom line, I've made my last order through Quadratec. I do not know if they suck, but after three different answers....form your own opinion! I would rather them say we do not know when they will be in stock check back in 30 days.

Update: The front doors show "In Warehouse" again, will they ship to me or to somebody else again?
