Quadratec ! Read Here!
No more q-tec for me... Don't know why I ordered from them in the first place.. Customer service, so-so. I only called once, but shawn, I think wasn't to enthusiatic, which I can understand, but he took my order, my card numbah and then the , anything else? I say no, it wasn't what I was expecting, but it was better than some too enthusiatic person.
I don't like to talk on the phone. period.
I called to see if they had the snorkel I wanted, they did I ordered and I got it.
I don't see why the people who work there can tell me yes, we have four snorkels right now, or no we don't have that right now, but their website is unable to relay that info...
And what gets me is EVERY cataloug they send me has a big "Biggest issuse ever" on it... Of course it is the biggest issue every time because you put 6-20 new items, and ALL the crap from the last one. Seriously, I skip 3/4 of your mag because I read it a year ago in the first one I got from you... Why can't you just send me a ten to fifteen page booklet with your new crap, so I don't have to look at the same stuff all over again?
In short, I will take my business elsewhere, because you guys seem to have been in business long enough to have a damn counter on your inventory.... And if you don't have it in stock, and you don't know when you will get more in, don't BS me, tell me, I don't actually know, but I can give you a ring when I hear something/get some more in.....

Never used Quadratek, but for a fact 4WD.com sucks for much the same reasons.

I'd like to thank Quadratec for the pathetic customer service I recieved today.
1. The operator was rude and could care less whether or not a sale was made.
2. Their price match guarantee is a huge joke! Don't even bother.
I'm glad I spent my money elsewhere....
I'll hold onto their catalogs because it's good bathroom material.... to wipe my ass with!

x2 on everything negative toward Q-tec. I have had nothing but problems with every order I have placed - wrong item shipped, incorrect description of an item, long delay in receiving item. Time to get sponsors that care...it is worthless to have a sponsor that is more of a pain in the ass than it's worth....
I had to return something, because I ordered the wrong part... totally my fault, and they were awesome helping me out.
They even had the correct item sent out to me before the other one was back in their hands!
I'll continue to use them (when I can afford to do anything vehicle related)
That's a shame, since most of the replies say nothing but positive things about them. It's a shame negative people ruin things for everyone else.




Maybe I'll drive there for my next purchase, they are only 2 hours away.
