Only one problem out of at least a dozen orders. Problem was quickly identified as a shipping error on their end and resolved.

Only 2 issues I have would be that their prices tend to be higher then other retailers. Even though they price match, I still have to shop around before ordering from them. Secondly most retailers offer a 4x4 club discount or a end of year rebate to your club. Quadratec says we (our local 4x4 club) dont meet their qualifications for this. 4WD.com jumped at the opportunity to offer a standing club discount on most products. With that being said most of our club buys from 4WD.com exclusively.

Last year our club spent at least $25k on aftermarket parts. With several more JK's being added in '09 I'm sure that amount in aftermarket sales will remain the same if not grow.

After reading the above post, if anyone from Quadratec would like to discuss any part of my above post please feel free to PM me. I've left several messages in the past for Craig Jarris (not sure on spelling) of which all have gone unanswered.

I have used Quadratec for about ten years, mainly small stuff. I have never had a problem. I would use them again.

Their service is okay. I do find their freight excessive. I can almost always find stuff cheaper, or as cheap with no shipping. They're my site of last resort when looking for something.

That makes total sense to me, but that was not my case. At the time I tried to place my order, I lived overseas. I sent multiple emails, and never got responses. I finally called the manager, at my expense, and got a response. The order was never received. I wouldn't call that a stock issue. It seems more like a lack of giving a damn.

If they gave a damn, they would be reading this whole thread, since it concerns their business. They should be subscribed to it. Obviously not. If they are subscribed, it shows they care even less for not responding. What good would it be to PM if they don't respond to emails?

There is always one pecker head in every room. Hopefully you will PM Quadratec and help weed the culprit out so they can continue shipping you reading material while you drop the boys off in the pool.

Always received excellent, fast service from Quadratec. Sorry you are having an issue with them, Im sure they will make it right.

Why can't you just send me a ten to fifteen page booklet with your new crap, so I don't have to look at the same stuff all over again?


In short, I will take my business elsewhere, because you guys seem to have been in business long enough to have a damn counter on your inventory.... And if you don't have it in stock, and you don't know when you will get more in, don't BS me, tell me, I don't actually know, but I can give you a ring when I hear something/get some more in.....
and just wait till you see the SHIPPING CHARGES!@$!@%!%

I've orderd from em before. Got my probuct in short order and everything was grand. I didn't have to talk to anyone so didn't have to deal with the customer service.

My only complaint is their catalog is very unorganized. Or maybe I just don't understand the manner in which it's organized. I find it a major PIA to find ANYTHING I'm actually looking for and just end up browsing through tons of TJ stuff with a few JK items thrown in the mix.
