Not very fast. Not with the stiffer shocks and heavier tires. Slow and easy does it, because going over them at commuter car speeds is pretty jarring. Little cars go over speedbumps much faster....softer suspensions, more squish in the tires, driven by people who haven't put money into things like suspension components, let alone know how they work. The Jeep is tougher and more capable, but the ride is a LOT worse.
Don't drive fast through mall parking lots. It's dangerous, and people can't get a loooooong, slooooow look at your nice rig if you're driving like a jackass.
