Question Stock take-offs: Keep or Sell?

I've started to do a little modding. I've replaced the wheels and tires as well as both bumpers.

So now I have stock 17" wheels with tires on them (no TPMS sensors) that have around 500 miles on them.
The front and rear bumpers were replaced this week (only 3500 miles on them)

Lots more I want to do, but money being in limited supply, have to budget for things.

Should I keep the take-offs on the off chance I trade in the JK for a newer model or sell them off for the cash for more mods?

What does this stuff even go for anyway?

Sell them as a set of wheels/tires. I've seen anywhere from $350-$500.

I'm not sure about the bumpers, but I sold my 17" wheels and SR-A tires for $450 locally on Craigslist. I could have pushed for $500, but he needed the wheels more than I needed the $50...

As far as whether to keep the takeoffs or sell them, keep in mind that tires are a perishable item - you store them too long and you've got 5 dry-rotted rubber bands. The other thing is this - if you ever trade your upgraded Jeep for a newer one, you can always have the dealership swap the stock equipment from the new Jeep onto this Jeep when you trade it in, thereby keeping your mods.

Just a thought.

Sell them all. I have a 2013 JKUR that I got $900 for the wheels and tires. $60.00 for the front bumper. $300.00 all of the suspension. $100.00 for my stock cut flat flares. If you ever need to go back to stock trust me you will be able to find someone who will trade their stock stuff for your aftermarket.

Sell if you can find any takers. The money can help out with the other mods.

Hmm... with some exceptions for maybe one or two items, I gave most of the stock stuff I had away.

IDK... I guess you can call it paying it forward (or maybe reverse for the good things others have done for me)?

* Only issue with the above is that some greedy fucker out there will take advantage of you and make you think twice about doing it again... you know, some guy takes it for free, then sells it. I guess it's their's now to do with as they please, but kinda sucks when you (the giver) was only trying to help out a less fortunate Jeeper, only to find out you became the less fortunate.

The Rubicon wheels with newer tires (BFG Mud Terrain...) are worth $400-$500 more than the stock Goodyear Wrangler SR-A's on Sport 17" wheels. The Rubi tires are a more aggressive pattern, plus having a D load rating. The SR-A's are a highway tire for passenger vehicles, no an ideal tire for regular offroad use.
