Waiting for someone at RANCHO to verify that they will not honor the rebate if it is back ordered and no sales recipt has been obtained. It states in writing (in two different places ) that they are not responsible for anything sent after OCT 1st.

As for the rebate, Rancho told me to provide my online order receipt, the email confirmation, and the invoice for the product along with the rebate form and I would be golden. The promotions department number is on the rebate form, which you included in your post. Matthew is the guy I have spoken with in promotions. Call them directly. Hope that helps.

Yes 7 months after this rebate has ended and still no rebate card, rancho has come up with so many damn excuses it's unreal.... So freakin sick of having to call them over and over. The purchase and receipt has to be prior to the end of the promotion of August 31, 2010. Even if back-ordered the retailer should have been able to post the receipt to prior of the end of the promotion.
Often times working with a rebate clearinghouse can be difficult.
