Waiting to see if I get screwed...
It was ordered through quadratec well before the end of the promotion, but it was placed on back order and no sales reciept existed since Qtec doesn't bill you until the item ships. I have spoken with you guys on multiple occasions and after too many excuses... Such as the last on that you were waiting on someone else to print some rebate card visa ....really? I should have known better. Spoke to you guys and related this information to you and told you if there were any descrepancies or if in any way this could or was going to happen..... to cancel my order. You had all pertinent information from Qtec when the order was placed because Q-tec was waiting on you because it was backordered (so please don't don't tell me "we're not sure what happened....that's just lame.... Or that you didn't know if I really ordered the items. that twice as lame.")
. And by the way, your link is for your current promotion for 2011 not for 2010 when this order was placed 7 months ago.
It was Qtec order no# W13668670000 if it matters.
This really should have been resolved like you told me it would have been ..... Months ago and like you told me it would.
I Just feel like some of the Forum guys need to know the issues for for your products if they're not in stock when ordered.
(By the way for you forum members, this wasn't for a personal account ....it was for a Police Department. And don't think Rancho will relsove it by phone....they sure haven't done so yet....but they keep telling me "we have you in the system, we can't find your information....we're waiting on another company to print the debit cards......I call you back if we have any questions.....it should have already gone out, I'll check into that and get back to you if we have any questions????)
I'm just trying to resolve this issue, and would like an honest answer....Like, say " screw you, your not getting 500.00 dollars from us....or oops, this was a computer error."
If this can't be resolved, ...please let me know and quit telling me it will be over the phone each time I call.

Exactly why I hate rebates and backorders both.
Lesson 1...Q-tec=pain
Lesson 2...Rancho is trying to make up for a Q-tec issue, if they don't they will feel the pain too.
I am sure this will become the Q-tec/Rancho hate and slam thread rather fast. Q-tec only has about 1k of them in here for some bad advertising.

You can PM me if you want, Im not sure what other details you need....you have all that information already.. (the rebate forms, the dates of purchase, which company it was ordered through, the order no#, when it was shipped, the price paid, when Q-tec received it, when Q-tec sent it, ect.)

Please e-mail the requested info as stated earlier to support@gorancho.com that would be the best way to try and help you. I personally do not have this info in front of me, as I am not the clearinghouse nor do I have ANY of the info to review and try to help you. I would love to see this issue resolved. Thank you.
Once again ..... WHAT information do you need..???? The rebate form you already have ? I'm not sure what you're asking for.... Please explain and state what you are asking for. You have all the information and so does your rebate clearing house. ( the rebate form, the order no from Q-tec....)

Wow.thanks for the info d2. This is really lame. I hate when people act like they have no clue. And its always pinned on somebody else. I wish you luck. Subscribed to see how this goes. Customer service goes along way...
It usually goes a long way.... And don't get me wrong, Rancho is by no way a shady company....and I have dealt with their products on other equipment.... But there is something wrong with this... And I specifically asked these questions and it seems I was straight up lied to or my rebate card got lost.
