what the hell 4WD.com
when i orderd my cover king seat covers it took a month to get them.. now i only ordered the front.. i was going to order the backs here soon.. but i wanted the jeep logo stitched into the front.. but the news of them losing their license doesnt make me a happy camper. are they still going to sell the seat covers without the jeep stitched in?
I ordered just over $1000 worth of lift kit from them about 3-4 weeks ago. I called on the phone, the guy price-matched, and the kit shipped and came in promptly. I called back to get a receipt for a rebate, they faxed it to me right away. So far, I'm a happy customer.

I am replying to my own thread for 2 reasons.
Reason #1 is that it now seems as though it may have been the "perfect storm" on the phone when i called. i now know the reason behind what i was told and why, the bottom line is, it was not 4wd's fault.
Reason #2 is that without bryan's help i wouldnt be posting this second thread backing up 4wd.com and their business. Bryan is definatly on his game when it comes to getting you answer. and he did so VERY promptly.
i am no longer a dissatisfied customer. i'm actually very impressed how 4wd handled this misunderstanding. because thats exactly what it was.
