My hardtop went on last week. I'm enjoying how much quieter the hard top is vs. the soft top. But I'm sure I might miss it if we get a stray warm day soon. The soft top went on in early April, so I got a good run with it.

 

Put mine back on couple months back, just get bored and switch back and forth, I like the look with the hardtop.

 

I put mine back on last week b/c my wife is now prego and said it'd be the last she'd be able to lift anything this heavy. looks like i'll have it on for a while. good thing I can still have the doors and and freedom tops off

 

yeah I hear ya, well my wife and two teen girls help me with mine, I need to build a friggin lift doodad, I even have an electric 2000 lb winch I could use, gotta get off my butt.

 

I put mine on this past Friday and wouldn't you know it it's 78 today and tomorrow. Figures.

Ahhh... the beauty of the softy in the beautiful Bay Area climate. We had some rain last week, so in preparation, I spent 10 minutes putting the doors, top and windows on, w/o help and w/a busted ankle...no problem. No leaks, no noise. When Sunday came around the forecast was a perfect 75 degrees for the next few weeks, so off came the top, windows and doors in 10 minutes, by myself with a busten ankle...no problem. Right now the weather is breathtaking and somehow stays warm well into the evening. JK's naked as can be and I'm lovin' it.

When to put the hard top on? Never!!
