I always de-badged everything I own, especially if the factory does it with stickers. There's value in maintaining a low profile and clean look. The fender tag or build sheet usually says it all... as long as I know what I have, that's good enough for me.

Couldn't agree more. A have a 2010 ruby with all the decals removed. I took mine off because ruby's are a dime a dozen and I wanted a clean look

I want to install Rubicon stickers on my 2WD Sahara. Just for funny looks.

90% of people out there would never know.

90% of the people even, if they did know, would also not care. I would be one of the 90%.

If its a Wrangler I wave at it. Any other vehicle just gets a quick threat assessment.

Guys, I think the real question here is if you take a sport to the dealer with a Rubicon sticker for service, will they flag it as being modified, and try to void your warrantee?

Amen! I got my COD Rubicon and it has no Rubicon decals at all. Sorta like them skulls and all that though.
