tis the season... Everybody probably cleaned em out for the holidays.

 

I got the same thing the other day when I ordered a set o the Tread Lightly floor liners. Sucks for sure!

 

I apologize about the backorder on the items. There is an extremely high demand for a lot of items right now, and we're waiting on the vendors to fill our stocking orders. We stock around 90% of the items we sell. We also try to order and keep as much stock as possible. We place stocking orders daily for every item and with every manufacturer we offer. Sometimes the demand exceeds the supply and items go out of stock. I know it can be frustrating, but take it as a good sign that business is flowing and the parts you want are good products that everyone wants!

It could be worse. They sent my wife a set of previously returned Mopar tail light guards for my Christmas present. There is even a note in the box that states "paint chips-flaking". That was a real nice gift to open...

 

I've ordered stuff from quadratec and later discovered it was "back ordered" but I must admit.. They are pretty fast on shipping. I ordered stuff and was told it was "back ordered" and still got in within a week of the order date. Don't let the "back order" status fool u.. They are really good about getting stuff out to u.

Complaining about a vendor having those smaller items on back order during the holidays would be like complaining the grocery store is out of food during a Zombie Apocalypse.
